LINDA DYSON
Chief Executive Officer

Linda is the Chief Executive Officer & Quality Assurance Director has over thirteen years of experience in program management, quality engineering and management, ISO 9000 and 14001 Standards implementation, TQM team facilitation, quality auditing, and consulting. Linda has been responsible for launching corporate quality assurance programs, developing documentation (company quality policies, procedures, etc.) and document control systems, implementing processes for design reviews, installing internal audit programs, and providing instruction in SPC/SQC and DOE techniques. She has personally provided consultation to internationally recognized clients, such as Sony Corporation, Potlatch Corporation, Owens-Illinois, Inc., International Recording Media Association, and Mead Paper Corporation. Linda has received certification as an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Quality Engineer (CQE), and Certified Quality Manager (CQM). She is qualified as a ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 assessor, Georgia Ogelthorpe Award Process (Malcolm-Baldrige National Quality Award) Senior Examiner and Team Leader, and certified Covey Leadership facilitator.
Linda has held numerous board positions in local educational and business organizations, including the Fulton County School System Local School Advisory Committee board, the South Fulton Partnership for Tomorrow, the 2001 President and 2002 Immediate Past President of the East Point Business Association, a 2002 board member of the Atlanta Area Airport Chamber of Commerce, and membership in the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce.

A native of Westchester County, New York, Dyson enrolled in college at 16, and graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Applied Physics and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. A respected community leader, Linda has held board officer positions in numerous organizations, including Quality Development Systems, Inc., TAPPI Technical Committees, and Georgia Ogelthorpe Award Process Board of Examiners. She is the recipient of several citations, including the Georgia Secretary of State’s List of Outstanding Citizens, Women Looking Ahead’s 100’s Annual List of Most Influential Women (2000-2002) and finalist for the Atlanta Business League’s Non-Traditional Businesswoman of the Year. She is active in several other professional organizations.

GREGORY S. DYSON, P.E., C.O.O.
Chief Operating Officer

Greg has over 20 years experience in the civil and environmental engineering and consulting fields. Greg is an Environmental Manager/Engineer with a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. This solid technical and managerial background has enabled Greg to develop an effective and cost efficient managerial approach to small, medium, and large scale environmental projects. His keen approach instills a high level of quality in meeting or exceeding technical requirements and maintaining the project schedule while operating well within the project budget. Greg serves as the Project Principal on all environmental projects, thus ensuring that the concepts of cost, time and scale economy are adhered to at all times. Greg is the Chief Operating Officer of ESA.

JOHN CALVERT, P.E., C.I.H.
Principal Engineer, Civil Environmental

John is Senior Industrial Hygienist/Assessments Manager, has over twenty-five years in health and safety management. As a result of accident investigation, personnel monitoring, and health & safety auditing activities, John has recommended control measures to reduce/eliminate employee exposures to physical and chemical hazards. He has worked in an interface role between management and union personnel while negotiating a plan of action to monitor employee exposures to potential health hazards. John has directed and participated in developing health & safety procedures, training programs, industrial hygiene surveillance activities, Indoor Air Quality Studies, and facility inspections. John is a certified lead inspector.
